I think it's going to be a good weekend! I was supposed to work today but ended up not having to. So, I headed out to do a little shopping. While out, I stopped at the grocery store to make this for dinner. AJ was out with friends tonight and Rachel had an away game. So, I knew it would just be me and Randy home for dinner tonight. We were out every night this week with basketball games for the kids so we just wanted to stay in tonight. So this is how the weekend started...
I received roses this afternoon! Then I made us an roasted artichoke and red pepper salad. An antipasto platter, a nice fire and a little wine :)
